Twister is a fun game to play.  You need four players to play this game.  First, spin a spinner that has four squares on it.  Each square has either a hand or a foot.  They all have a color on them.  You spin it and say I landed on a blue hand.  Then I would put my hand on the color blue, and you can’t touch your bottom to the mat.  If you do, you are out.  The last one to touch their bottom to the mat wins!  It’s a good game for exercise.
